By purchasing, accepting, or using a diegetabbe Gift Card, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: 

1. Usage and Redemption Restrictions

• Exclusive Redemption: The gift card balance may only be used to purchase eligible products on the official website diegetabbe.com, at our official stores, or through authorized distributors.
• Applicability in Mexico: Within the territory of Mexico, gift cards can only be used and redeemed through the official website (diegetabbe.com) and at authorized physical stores located abroad.
• No Cash Value: Under no circumstances can the gift card balance be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

2. Absolute Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale

• Prohibited Sale: The sale, resale, commercialization, or distribution of these gift cards (whether physical or digital) without the express prior written authorization of diegetabbe is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Action: Any individual or legal entity directly or indirectly involved in the unauthorized commercialization of these cards will be subject to appropriate legal, civil, and/or criminal actions, including formal complaints to competent authorities for trademark infringement, unauthorized brand use, or fraud.

3. Non-Refundable Policy (Pre-Activated Codes)

• Prior Activation: Because the gift card consists of a code that is pre-activated prior to its physical or digital purchase, no returns or refunds of any kind will be accepted once the gift card purchase is completed.

4. Management of Remaining Balances and Electronic Money

• Non-Refundable Balances: If the total of your purchase is less than the gift card balance, the remaining unused balance is non-refundable and will not be returned as cash change.
• Withdrawal and Donation of Funds: In the event that a remaining balance becomes or remains inactive as electronic money, diegetabbe reserves the right to withdraw such funds. These resources will be allocated and donated to non-profit organizations selected by the company.
