Refund policy

At diegetabbe, we are committed to providing you with quality products. However, as we are a new business just starting out, our return and refund policies are limited. Below, we outline the conditions under which we accept returns:
1. Conditions for Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizes selected by the customer, or personal preferences. All sales are final, except in the specific cases outlined below.
We only accept returns in the following situations: Manufacturing defect: If the product received has clear quality issues e.g., broken seams, stains, or damage not caused by the customer; Incorrect product: If we send you an item different from what you ordered e.g., wrong size, color, or design.
2. Timeframe for Requesting a Return
You must notify us of any eligible issue within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot process returns.
3. Return Process
Contact us at help@diegetabbe.com with the following details: Order number; Description of the issue (include clear photos if it’s a manufacturing defect); Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back; Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the error is clearly attributable to diegetabbe; The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.
4. Resolution
We do not offer cash refunds. If a return is approved: For a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, we will replace it with the same or a similar item, subject to availability; If the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the value of the defective or incorrect product, usable for future purchases; The estimated time to process and ship a replacement is 10 business days after receiving the returned item.
5. Exceptions
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or alterations made by the customer; Original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
