At DIEGETABBE (diegetabbe.com), we strive to offer premium streetwear garments that meet the highest quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide access to our official refund policy, subject to the conditions and legal guidelines outlined below.


1. GENERAL REFUND CONDITIONS

Monetary refunds will be processed and approved solely and exclusively if the garment strictly meets the following condition requirements upon receipt at our warehouse: The garment must be in perfect condition: clean, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors unrelated to original production.
It must retain all original tags, intact and correctly attached.
It must be returned in its original protective packaging.


Note: Any item showing signs of use, alterations, or damage attributable to the customer will
automatically be disqualified from receiving a refund.

2. RETURN WINDOW

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us at: help@diegetabbe.com with your order number and reason for return.

3. CRITICAL PROTOCOL FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE

We understand that third-party logistics services can sometimes compromise package integrity. To protect your purchase and facilitate a successful claim, please follow this strict rule:

CRITICAL RECOMMENDATION BEFORE OPENING: If, upon delivery, you notice that the shipping box, bag, or outer packaging is visibly torn, crushed, open, or tampered with, we strongly recommend that you DO NOT open the package.

 Instead, take the following steps immediately: Take clear, detailed photographs of the damaged packaging from all angles before handling it in any way.

This procedure is essential for us to initiate a formal claim with the carrier and expedite the processing of your replacement or refund, without the liability falling on you.
